Property Sales Consultant

Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
  • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
  • Other services as stipulated by the Principle.

Marketing Admin Officer

Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Coordinate arrangements for all events and meetings
  • Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related matters
  • Assist with preparing budgets and provide periodic progress reports to Director for each event project
  • Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies in line with company objectives
  • Provide support and assistance in planning, producing, and delivering marketing and communications materials
  • Prepare written materials including some marketing copy, business communications, reports, and presentation scripts
  • Be responsible for ensuring accuracy in information and proofreading
  • General administrative duties as required
  • Other general duties as determined by Director

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English and Mandarin);
  • Highly organized, planner and problem solver;
  • Ability to produce high quality work with meticulous attention to detail;
  • High levels of computer literacy;
  • 1 – 2 years previous experience in real estate administration or marketing is preferential ;

Sales Support Administrator

Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Liaise with the Sales & Rental Departments

  • Monitor and record sales attendance

  • Generate Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly sales reports

  • Contract compliance

  • Database/CRM management

  • Assist in the preparation of property proposals, listing presentations & sales kits

  • Schedule appointments and upload property listings

  • Work closely with the marketing team and provide feedback on marketing initiatives

  • Handle customer complaints and feedback

  • Manage and monitor social media platforms

  • Other general administrative duties as required

 

To be successful you will have:

Project Assistant

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Conduct due diligence research for target suburbs and properties, prepare suburb due diligence reports;
  • Conduct regular market research on interested suburbs;
  • Liaise with real estate agents and conduct research required for property selection;
  • Prepare price due diligence system for target suburbs and update the data on a daily basis;
  • Conduct routine work plans and ensure all plans are completed;
  • Chair meetings and prepare meeting minutes for all team members;
  • Prepare construction schedules and monitor the construction process to ensure all work are completed within the time-frames;
  • Liaise with tradies and other external stakeholders, make suggestion on appointing sub-contractors and assist on contract preparation;
  • Assist on prepare project cost estimation, monitor project budget to ensure all expenditures are within the allowance;
  • Manage and maintain document control practices, standards, systems and processes relevant to the operation of projects;
  • Contacting leads and conducting meetings with new business clients;
  • Self-sourcing leads and securing new business opportunities;
  • Ensuring that clients understand all aspect of products and procedures.

As the ideal candidate you will have: 

  • Current Australian driver licence and own vehicle;
  • Legal working right in Australia;
  • Excellent communication and written skill (both English and Mandarin);
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team;
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information;
  • Experience in construction industry will be looked upon favourably.
