Property Sales Consultant

Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
  • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
  • Other services as stipulated by the Principle

Sales & Marketing Administrator

Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

– Marketing Activities
  • Coordinating arrangements for all events and meetings
  • Serving as liaison with vendors on event-related matters
  • Assisting with preparing budgets and providing periodic progress reports to Director for each event project
  • Proposing new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process
  • Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
  • Managing campaigns on social media

 

– Sales Activities
  • Liaising with the Sales & Rental Departments
  • Assisting sales to develop networks and cooperating with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
  • Creating sales documentations and reviewing sales contracts.
  • Maintaining office files, including contracts, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations
  • Writing and preparing report, and report to management on regular basis
  • Database/CRM management

 

– General Activities
  • Carrying out clerical duties including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents
  • Handling customer complaints and feedback
  • Adhoc admin duties as required by managers

 

To be successful you will have:

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English and Mandarin)
  • Highly organized, planner and problem solver
  • Ability to produce high quality work with meticulous attention to detail
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • 1-2 years previous experience in marketing administration is preferential

Project Management Internship (20 hours per week)

Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Position 1: Suburb and Market Research

  • Prepare suburb due diligence report
  • Prepare price due diligence system for target suburbs and update data on a weekly basis

Position 2: Plan Drawings and Property Research

  • Conduct due diligence research for target properties
  • Assist plan drawings

Position 3: Material Ordering and Report Preparation

  • Assist material ordering and material catalog update
  • Assist preparing project investment report

 

To be successful you will have:

  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills in English & Mandarin
  • Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel & Word and high-level knowledge of Microsoft office, Gmail, Dropbox and various cloud-based systems
  • Have the ability of multi-task and keep track of a volume of tasks at once, using multiple screens
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly organized, planner and problem solver
