Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
  • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
  • Other services as stipulated by the Principle

Adminstrator/Receptionist

Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, receiving and sorting daily mail, responding to emails, and preparing documents
  • Preparing meeting and scheduling conference rooms
  • Liaising with the Sales Departments and advertising properties for sale or rent
  • Assisting sales team with clerical duties to include copying, managing sales contracts and organizing/maintaining other files related to the company’s operations
  • Database & CRM management
  • Adhoc admin duties as required

 

To be successful you will have:

  • Legal working right in Australia
  • Excellent attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbally and written in English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • 1 – 2 years previous administration experience in real estate industry is preferential
  • Current Agents’ Representative certificate is preferential

Construction Site Coordinator

Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Prepare construction schedules and monitor the construction process to ensure all work are completed within the timeframes
  • Relay to project manager accurately any variations or site instructions requested or carried out for the construction project
  • Maintain contacts with customer’s and analyse requirements and service quality and sort out any relevant issues
  • Assist the project manager with planning, programming and quantity estimations for projects
  • Ensure project construction activities are carried out in a safe manner
  • Maintain site always in a clean and safe state
  • Submit required paperwork to the project manager in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate record management
  • Supervise and co-ordinate all site activities including labour
  • Assisting in ordering of materials required for the construction project

  • Highly organized, planner and problem solver
  • The drive & willingness to succeed in a cutthroat industry
  • Strong personal presentation and communication skills (both English and Mandarin)
  • Time management and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
  • Current Australian driver’s licence

  • 1 year previous experience in real estate industry is perferential

Project Management Internship (Period: Two Months with Pay)

Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Prepare suburb due diligence report
  • Prepare price due diligence system for target suburbs and update data on a weekly basis
  • Conduct due diligence research for target properties
  • Assist plan drawings
  • Assist material ordering and material catalog update
  • Assist preparing project investment report

 

To be successful you will have:

  • Excellent communication and written skill (both English and Mandarin)
  • Highly organized, planner and problem solver
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to produce high quality work with meticulous attention to detail
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Full-time college student with a major in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, or equivalent education background
