Residential Sales Consultant
Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc)
- Manage property auctions or exchanges
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
- Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
To be successful you will have:
- Minimum 1-year experience in Residential Real Estate
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Reliable car and a current, valid Driver’s Licence

Sales Adminstrator/Receptionist
Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, receiving and sorting daily mail, responding to emails, and preparing documents
- Preparing meeting and scheduling conference rooms
- Liaising with the Sales Departments and advertising properties for sale or rent
- Assisting the sales team with clerical duties to include copying, managing sales contracts, and organizing/maintaining other files related to the company’s operations
- Database & CRM management
- Adhoc admin duties as required
To be successful you will have:
- Legal working right in Australia
- Excellent attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
- Outstanding communication skills both verbally and written in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- 1 – 2 years previous administration experience in the real estate industry is preferential
- Current Agents’ Representative certificate is preferential

Construction Site Manager
Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Review the project plans and specifications and comment on the building design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures and potential construction problems
- Prepare construction schedules and monitor the construction process to ensure all work is completed within the timeframes
- Monitor subcontractor scope of works
- Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control
- Maintain control and responsibility for the security and operation of Company-owned
equipment on the job site in conjunction with site staff - Monitor the project construction schedule on a daily basis
- Effectively communicate and lead all on-site trades
- Relay to project manager accurately any variations or site instructions requested or carried out for the construction project
- Ensure project construction activities are carried out in a safe manner
- Maintain accurate record management
- Maintain site always in a clean and safe state
- All other directions and instructions asked of you by the Project Manager and Senior Management
To be successful you will have:
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Only
- Australian Driver’s Licence
- Highly organized, planner and problem solver
- The drive & willingness to succeed in a cutthroat industry
- Strong personal presentation and communication skills (both English and Mandarin)
- Time management and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
- At least 1-2 years experience as Site Manager.

Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Meeting with clients to discuss the design requirements for house renovations
- Gathering the necessary measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations for design layouts
- Providing clients with suitable design recommendations based on factors such as budget, the building site, and recent trends
- Using CAD software and manual drawing techniques to produce architectural plans for management and client approval, including floorplans, renderings and interior design etc
- Reworking and modifying designs based on comments and reviews from management and clients
- Ensuring all vital information and documentation is recorded and maintained
- Conducting research and attending workshops and conferences to remain up-to-date with the latest design trends
To be successful you will have:
- Excellent in drawings software (RevitLumion…)
- Proficient in Microsoft Software (WordPPTExcel…)
- Excellent in graphic design software (PhotoshopAIID…)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English and Mandarin)
- Highly organized, planner and problem solver
- Ability to produce high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail
- Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent education background
- 1-2 years of previous experience in interior design is preferential

- Prepare price due diligence system for target suburbs and update data on a weekly basis

- Assist plan drawings
- Assist material ordering and material catalog update
- Assist in preparing project investment report
